Once your order is confirmed, we will process and prepare your artwork for shipping within 7 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped, along with tracking information.
3. Shipping Methods
We use reliable shipping carriers to ensure your artwork arrives safely and promptly. The choice of carrier may vary based on your location and the size of the artwork.
4. Delivery Times
Delivery times may vary based on your location. If within the United Kingdom, you can expect your order to arrive within 5 to 7 business days after it has shipped. Please note that these are estimated delivery times and may be subject to delays due to unforeseen circumstances. If you live outside the United Kingdom, it may take 2-3 weeks after shipping. We will provide shipping tracking information where possible.
5. Packaging
We take great care in packaging your artwork to protect it during transit. Each piece is securely wrapped and shipped in a sturdy box to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.
6. International Shipping
If you are located outside the United Kingdom, we will contact you with a more accurate delivery time after purchase. Please contact us if you require this information prior to purchase.
7. Lost or Damaged Items
In the unlikely event that your artwork is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us at info@tashbardot.com within 7 days of delivery or expected delivery. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
